Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine flour and yeast
Add warm water, sugar, oil, and salt
Mix until well combined
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf
Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing
