Ingredients:
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Place sliced grilled chicken breast in the pan and heat it up until it's fully heated through
Add the tomato sauce and mix it in
Wait a few minutes and then serve
Toss the cooked penne pasta in the pan with the sauce until it is well covered
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta and toss it again so that the cheese is spread out evenly
Add pepper and salt to taste
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves
